Keri Lincoln is a highly skilled and experienced Yoga instructor and Hypnobirthing teacher based in Crickhowell, South Wales. With a passion for helping others on their wellness journeys, Keri offers a range of classes and services to support individuals throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
One of Keri's signature offerings is Hypnobirthing, a unique and empowering approach to childbirth preparation. In addition to her Hypnobirthing classes, Keri also offers Pre and Post Natal Yoga. Keri is also trained in Primal Yoga Flow, a dynamic fusion of Vinyasa Yoga, Kung Fu, and Tai Chi.
