Volunteers dedicated to sharing the practice of yoga and movement to support the physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of our community members in Kelowna. As a non-profit organization run by volunteers, we believe in creating an inclusive and accessible space for students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to experience the benefits of yoga.
Located in the heart of the city, our studio serves as a sanctuary for those seeking to deepen their yoga practice. We offer a range of in-studio and live online classes led by skilled and knowledgeable teachers who provide personalized guidance and support to help students reach their fullest potential.
