At Kees Tae Kwon Do in Vernon, our mission is to empower students of all ages to achieve their full potential through the practice of martial arts. We also have a kickboxing program exclusive to our Vernon and Salmon Arm locations.
In addition to our regular martial arts classes, we offer an after-school program called Building Essential Skills Today (B. E. S. T.
