At Kees Tae Kwon Do in Vernon, our mission is to empower students of all ages to achieve their full potential through the practice of martial arts. We offer a range of nationally recognized programs for children, teens, and adults, including our signature Kee Wees program for children aged 3-4, Little Ninjas program for 4-5 year olds, Little Dragons program for 6-7 year olds, Children's Martial Arts for 8-12 year olds, and classes for teens and adults. We also have a kickboxing program exclusive to our Vernon and Salmon Arm locations.

In addition to our regular martial arts classes, we offer an after-school program called Building Essential Skills Today (B. E. S. T.

) to provide students with a structured and enriching environment after school. We also have a summer camp program that offers martial arts training, fun activities, and personal growth opportunities.
