Kathryn Moynihan Yoga – Informed Flow is a yoga studio in Cork that offers a range of classes for beginners and level 2 practitioners. The studio also conducts 200hr Bodhi Yoga teacher training programmes starting in January 2024. Kathryn believes that yoga is a way of life, a practise that can help individuals live more authentically and meaningfully. She emphasises the importance of interconnectedness and self-compassion in her teaching.
Kathryn's approach to yoga is informed by a blend of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and alignment-based practises. She has over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and studies directly with a recognised Tibetan Buddhist teacher. Kathryn's journey with yoga began almost twenty years ago when she felt the need for a practise that would bring her back to herself amidst the chaos of life. Since then, she has been teaching since 2007 and continues to deepen her practise and teaching through the guidance of her teachers.
