Originally from New Zealand, Kathryn discovered Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in Mexico in 2000. Since then, she has been teaching these practises all over the world. Her extensive experience and knowledge in the field make her a sought-after instructor.
During her eleven years in London, Kathryn taught private clients including well-known individuals such as Bjork and Rachel McAdams. She also taught group classes at renowned Yoga studios like Triyoga and Alchemy.
