Kate's One Love Yoga is a warm and welcoming yoga studio located in Baldoyle, Dublin. No previous experience is needed, just bring an open mind and a willingness to learn and grow.
The studio is run by Kate, a passionate and experienced yoga teacher who completed her teacher training in Canada in 2012. With a background in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Vipassana meditation, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes. Her teaching style is a slow seamless flow, incorporating mindful movement, detailed alignment cues, and pranayama breathwork.
Kate's love for health and wellness shines through in her teachings, and she takes a holistic approach to yoga and self-care. In addition to yoga, Kate enjoys meditation, mindfulness, dance, sea swimming, and spending quiet time in nature. Her classes are a reflection of her dedication to self-exploration, inspiration, and healing, and she hopes to share the benefits of yoga with her students.
