Others find their own journey through this transformative practice. My classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting mindfulness and self-awareness. I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and completed my RYT200 certification in 2015. I draw inspiration from my own practice, as well as teachings from various influential yogis such as B.

K. S. Iyengar and Kino MacGregor. Furthermore, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all students to explore the benefits of yoga.

Karmic Yoga is more than just a studio, it is a community hub for like-minded individuals to come together and support each other on their yoga journey. Our mission is to provide accessible and inclusive yoga classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. In partnership with local organizations, we offer opportunities for those with limited access to yoga to participate in our classes.

Our Breathe Into Motion Yoga System offers a unique and progressive approach to the practice of yoga. With a focus on core strength, balance, flexibility, and breath work, our classes are designed to help students heal and strengthen their bodies. From beginner to advanced levels, our experienced instructors guide students through a series of challenging postures and breathing techniques. Each class ends with a meditation to promote relaxation and self-reflection.
