Karen is particularly involved in a Nordic Walking group for people living with Parkinson's disease, where she helps them improve their mobility and overall well-being.

Karen's passion for movement stems from her own personal journey. Having experienced continuous injuries while training for various athletic events, including national and international track, cross country, triathlons, and fell running, Karen discovered the life-changing benefits of Pilates. As someone with hypermobile joints, she found that Pilates helped strengthen and support her body, allowing her to have a deeper sense of balance and well-being.
