Beck from Kapiti Hot Yoga here, inviting you to our welcoming studio in Paraparaumu on the Kapiti Coast. Beck is excited to share the unique offering of the original 26+2 beginners hot yoga sequence, better known as Bikram Yoga, available nowhere else in our area. This involves 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practised in a room heated to 40 degrees with 40% humidity.

The studio’s purpose-built room, engineered for optimal heat and humidity, uses a blend of fan-forced air and infrared radiant heat. This setup has healing benefits, akin to feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin. The controlled warmth helps make the body more flexible, reducing injury risk and promoting safe, deep therapeutic movement.

Beck wants everyone to know that these yoga classes are suitable for all ability levels. Beginners are encouraged to take it at their own pace, with breaks as needed, focusing initially on proper alignment and breath flow rather than depth. Each pose is broken down into parts, allowing everyone to work within their own capacity while building strength, flexibility, concentration, and endurance.

For new members, Beck offers an Intro Pass for $25, giving you two weeks of unlimited access to all classes—a perfect start to experiencing hot yoga’s benefits. For those looking for regular practise, there are Autopay Memberships which include unlimited classes, a complimentary 1:1 session, and payment pauses for up to 2 months. Options include a weekly payment of $33.50 or monthly at $144.50.

If a more flexible option suits you, Class Passes are also available. There’s a One Class Pass valid for 7 days and a Ten Class Pass valid for 3 months, with the option to transfer unused classes to another pass or a friend.
