Founded by Natalie Shoemaker, a Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of training and certification in Kidding Around Children's Yoga, Kaleidoscope Yoga Studio aims to break down stereotypes and make yoga accessible to everyone.

Natalie's personal journey with yoga began with feelings of self-doubt and insecurity, but through her practice, she discovered a deep passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. The studio believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of body size, age, or ability. Natalie's motto is “if you can breathe, you can yoga,” emphasizing that yoga is a practice that can be tailored to meet each individual's unique needs.

At Kaleidoscope Yoga Studio, students are encouraged to come to the mat just as they are, embracing their imperfections and celebrating their wholeness. The studio offers a variety of classes and workshops designed to help students connect with their inner selves, find peace and balance, and cultivate a sense of presence and mindfulness in their everyday lives.

In addition to regular classes, Kaleidoscope Yoga Studio hosts events and retreats throughout the year, such as the “Renew and Release” winter series and yoga retreats like “Souls in Bloom” and “Soul Sanctuary. “ These events provide an opportunity for students to deepen their practice, connect with like-minded individuals, and nourish their mind, body, and spirit.
