Karen offers both one-on-one sessions and sessions for two people or small groups of 3–5 people. Additionally, she provides training programmes specifically designed for new moms and offers open group sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays.
In addition to training, Karen is also a highly qualified massage therapist. She holds qualifications in NCFE Level 4 Personal Trainer, ABC Level 3 Gym instructor, ABC Level 3 Sports Injuries, ABC Level 3 Sports Massage, Diploma in Sports Psychology, and HABC Level 2 Paediatric First Aid. With her expertise in sports massage, she can help alleviate muscular pain and stress, promote relaxation, and aid in recovery after exercise.
