Natalie, the founder and lead trainer, is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, barbell and glute training enthusiast, Mom, and cancer survivor. With a background in business and entrepreneurship, Natalie decided to combine her passion for fitness with her skills to help others develop a positive relationship with exercise.

She specializes in barbell and free weight training, as well as glute-specific training methods, but is able to work with clients of all fitness levels and goals.
