Former Olympian and bestselling author, Elena of Happy Body Centre – Personal Trainer brings over 30 years of personal experience in sport and exercise to her training sessions. She has been coaching individuals since she was a teenager and continuously upgrades her knowledge in various areas related to fitness and wellness. Elena holds a degree in Physical Education and Sport from the Russian State University in Moscow and is a certified Personal Trainer with CanFitPro.
