Know you're coming. Registration is quick and easy, and once you're registered, you can join any of our sessions. All sessions with us are free, but if you wish to donate to the club, you can do so on the day with the run leader.
We have two types of sessions available: Jump Starter and Social Run.
Jump Starter is a beginner-friendly session that runs every Wednesday from 18:30 to 19:00. It is part of our Couch to 5 km Programme and is suitable for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. This session is designed to gradually build your running ability and help you achieve your first 5 km run.
The Social Run takes place every Wednesday from 19:00 to 20:00. This session is open to all abilities and offers a social and supportive environment for runners of varying distances (5 km and more).
- Meet and greet: Get to know your fellow runners and the run leader.
- Quick head count: Ensuring everyone is accounted for and ready to run.
- Group warm up: Warm up your muscles and prepare for the run.
- Split into distance groups: Choose between the medium route or the longer route, depending on your preference and ability.
- Run: Enjoy your run and feel the freedom that running brings.
- Meet back at the car park: Gather back at the starting point.
- Stretch and a photo: Take a moment to stretch your muscles and capture the memories with a photo.
- Goodbyes: Say goodbye to your new friends and look forward to the next session.
Our usual meeting point is the Coity Community Centre car park in Litchard. If there are any changes to the location, we will notify you in advance. For your convenience, we have pinned the location on our website.
