The facility boasts a heated, purpose-built indoor pool to ensure optimum comfort for children of all ages. The pool is equipped with a UV/Ozone disinfection system from Brauer Industries. This system is well-established and chemical-free, ensuring the health and safety of the swimmers. It effectively destroys chlorine-resistant microorganisms like Cryptosporidium and Giardia, eliminates chloramines, and delivers visibly clearer water.
As a result, it minimises red eye, stinging eyes, and skin irritation. Additionally, the UV/Ozone system allows for reduced chlorine usage, keeping the water clearer and with fewer odours.
At JUMP! Doncaster East, every child feels safe and at home as they embark on their swimming journey. The programme offers age-based levels for young swimmers, ranging from Ducklings (3-9 months) to Tadpoles (2-3 years). There are also skill-based levels for older children, including Beginners (3+ years), Crabs (doggy-paddle 5–7 metres unassisted), Octopuses (overarm freestyle), Frogs (freestyle and backstroke), and Stingrays (stroke development in all four strokes).
