

Juliet Eckersley Pilates is a renowned Pilates studio located in Crewkerne, Somerset. Led by Juliet Eckersley, a qualified and passionate Pilates instructor, the studio offers a range of classes to cater to various skill levels and individual needs.

Juliet is a dedicated and experienced practitioner, having started her Pilates journey 25 years ago. Initially drawn to Pilates to strengthen her core after having three children, she quickly discovered the numerous benefits it offered. Not only did she experience improved core strength and an easier daily life, but she also found herself free from injury in her other sports activities. Inspired by her personal transformation, Juliet decided to become a certified instructor, training with the BASI faculty and undertaking additional specialised courses to deepen her knowledge.
Since launching her classes in February 2021, Juliet has built a fabulous client base, assisting individuals with a range of issues, including scoliosis and pre- and post-natal concerns. She has even collaborated with a client's physiotherapist to facilitate rehabilitation after a car accident resulting in a broken back.
At her studio, Juliet offers a variety of classes to cater to different preferences and needs. The “Pilates for All” class is open to individuals of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Held in person at Drimpton Village Hall, the class takes place on Wednesdays at 9:30am and Thursdays at 12pm. With a duration of 60 minutes, participants are advised to bring their own mat and water bottle.
Free parking is available for added convenience.
In addition to group classes, Juliet also provides one-on-one sessions, which can be conducted in person at the studio or via Zoom. These personal sessions can be tailored to individual requirements and can take place either at the client's home or at the Crewkerne studio.
