Jude's Yoga & Wellbeing is owned and operated by Jude, a highly qualified and experienced yoga instructor, health coach, nutritional therapist, and sports massage therapist based in Saint Neots, Cambridgeshire. With over 17 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry, Jude is dedicated to helping others live a happier and healthier life.
Jude's approach to health is holistic, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. She believes in an open, honest, and realistic approach, encouraging her students to become aware of and learn to love their bodies. Her classes are highly anatomy-focused, ensuring that her students understand the movements and benefits of each pose.
Jude has obtained various qualifications and certifications, including deep tissue sports massage, yoga for cancer and long-term illness, trauma-informed restorative yoga, yoga for back health, yoga nidra (NSDR), meditation, and ayurveda. With her diverse skill set, she is able to offer a wide range of services to her clients, including private yoga sessions, sports massage therapy, and relaxation coaching in her studio/clinic in Offord D'Arcy.
In addition to her private sessions, Jude also teaches 4 weekly classes and a monthly workshop in central St Neots, as well as 2 classes on Zoom and 3 yoga for cancer classes in Huntingdon. Her class timetable includes a variety of options to cater to different needs and preferences, such as Yoga Flow, Chair-based Yoga, Yoga for Men, and Yoga for Cancer.
Jude believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of their level of flexibility. Her classes are designed to meet each student where they are in their yoga journey, whether they are beginners or experienced practitioners. Her Vinyasa flow style practise focuses on flexibility, relaxation, balance, and strength, leaving students feeling calm, centred, and in touch with their true selves.
For those who prefer a more personalised approach, Jude offers private yoga classes tailored to the individual's needs. These can be conducted in the comfort of their own home or in her studio in Offord D'Arcy. Private classes are especially beneficial for those who are new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or prefer one-on-one guidance.
Jude understands that life can be unpredictable, so she has a flexible cancellation policy. As long as students notify her more than 48 hours in advance (3 days for workshops), they can transfer to another class or receive a refund (with a 20% administration fee).
