JRFitness is a personal training community based in Hull, owned by Jennifer (“Jen”) Randall. Jen is a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and online coach. She takes pride in her growing business and is dedicated to providing a unique personal training service.
At JRFitness, the focus is on teamwork, both within the fitness community and with the individuals who assist Jen in running her personal training business. The team is committed to continually raising the standards of the business and delivering the best service possible.
JRFitness features a “Client of the Month” programme, and one of the recent winners is Jade. Jade had a fantastic month, showing great consistency and dedication to her fitness journey. She completed every gym session and also participated in various challenges, such as the Try Something New in February and the March accountability bingo card. Jade achieved personal bests in bench press, deadlift, squat, and hip thrust.
Furthermore, she made improvements in her bench press technique, increased her water intake, and became more consistent with her daily steps. As a reward for her hard work, Jade was treated to a well-deserved gin.
