Honey Frid Meet Honey Frid, a Pilates and movement specialist who is passionate about helping others connect with their bodies and find joy in movement. With over 20 years of experience, Honey is certified in Pilates, Garuda, Gyrotonic, Yamuna Body Rolling, and many other movement modalities. She has a deep understanding of holistic wellness and works with clients to help them achieve balance, strength, and flexibility in body and mind.
Honey's approach to movement is both joyful and grounding, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and deepen their practice. She believes in the transformative power of movement to heal, energize, and inspire. Honey's love for movement began at a young age, and she has dedicated her life to sharing the benefits of Pilates and mindful movement with others.
