Joa, who was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, was diagnosed with scoliosis and chronic back pain at the age of 15. With a background in health education, certified Nutrition and Wellness Coaching, Yoga, and Pilates teaching, Joa has been coaching clients worldwide, both online and in-person, since 2010. Her passion for posture and wellness has led her to teach her techniques to over 30,000 students and coach and transform over 1,000 people.
