This introductory class will familiarise you with the basic exercises on both the classical apparatus and the mat. It's a great way to start your Pilates journey and learn the fundamentals.
For those looking for personalised attention, we offer private classes tailored to your individual needs. These classes involve work on the mat as well as the classical apparatus, allowing for a comprehensive and effective workout.
Our duet classes are a wonderful option for those who prefer to work with just one other person. With a smaller group size, you can enjoy more personalised teaching and focus on your specific goals.
If you thrive in a group atmosphere, our group classes are a fantastic choice. Limited to a maximum of five people, these classes provide a supportive and dynamic environment where you can challenge yourself and build strength.
In addition to our apparatus classes, we also offer mat classes. These classes are fun, varied, and, most importantly, hard work. They will challenge your core strength, flexibility, and coordination.
At JM Pilates, we follow the true classical method of Joseph Pilates. Our founder and owner, Jo Moore, has been trained by the best UK Classical Pilates trainer, Holly Murray, and is certified by Power Pilates in New York. She is dedicated to teaching the classical method and believes in its transformative power.
Only a handful of instructors in the UK are certified in the true Classical Pilates method, and we are proud to be one of them. Our job as teachers is to adapt the sessions to raise the fitness levels of everyone, regardless of their current physical ability.
