Jeneva Yoga, also known as Jen, is a passionate and experienced Yoga instructor based in London. With a wealth of knowledge from various Yoga teacher trainings in India, Jen has taught students all over the world.
Jen loves to bring creativity into her teachings, aiming to help people move with intuition and awareness. She believes reawakening our intuition is key to personal growth.
In her classes, Jen keeps things light-hearted and fun. She focuses on alignment, technique, and breath, often revisiting basic asanas to develop a solid foundation and ensure a safe Yoga practice.
Jen offers regular online and in-person classes, usually one-on-one, as she believes every Yoga journey is unique. She also enjoys teaching group classes. Her expertise includes Hatha, Vinyasa and integrates BKS Iyengar techniques using props. She’s taught Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Sup Yoga, Mindfulness, Aerial Yoga, and Kids Yoga.
Jen’s approach helps students to let go of their inner perfectionist and critic. She encourages everyone to tune into their inner wisdom and embrace self-discovery through Yoga.
