If you have any questions, don't worry! LJ Dance has got you covered with a frequently asked questions (FAQ) section. We understand that trying out a new activity can be a big decision, which is why we provide taster sessions for gymnasts and dancers. You'll have the opportunity to pay weekly in the beginning before committing to a monthly membership. Just make sure to book in advance, as class availability may have waiting lists. We always welcome beginners, and our classes are suitable for children aged 4 and above.
When it comes to attire, we recommend wearing a leotard, but don't worry if you're a new starter. During the trial period, you can wear shorts and t-shirts until you're comfortable. Now, let's talk about the cost. LJ Dance offers a 4-week trial period for new dancers at a cost of £4.50 per hour. Once you decide to join as a full member, the monthly fees are £17 for beginner/junior classes and £25.50 for intermediate/senior classes. Monthly payments cover 45 weeks of the year, distributed equally over 12 months. Payments are due on the 1st of each month, with 7 weeks deducted for holidays. If you ever decide to leave, a one-month notice is required.
While parents are not currently allowed to watch the classes due to limited space and current Covid-19 restrictions, LJ Dance frequently posts videos and photos on their Facebook page so that you can see your child's progress. Additionally, LJ Dance participates in carnivals and shows where parents and family are welcome to attend. Parking is available at all our venues, and at St James, you can park on the road outside for drop-off and pick-up.
