Jayme Burke Yoga is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor based in Vancouver, known for her dedication to helping students discover their inner power through the practice of yoga. With a background in Hatha and Flow yoga, Jayme prides herself on creating a welcoming and inclusive space for students of all levels to explore and deepen their practice.
As the founder of Jayme Burke Yoga Home, Jayme is currently in the process of building a library of pre-recorded classes that will be available on demand by July 15th, 2023. These classes will include 20-minute morning flow sessions, evening wind-down classes, as well as longer Hatha and Flow classes. Additionally, she offers live Zoom classes every Sunday morning, where students can join her for a rejuvenating practice.
Jayme's teaching style is focused on mindfulness, breath work, and alignment, guiding students to connect with their bodies and minds on a deeper level. She encourages her students to listen to their bodies, honour their limitations, and cultivate self-awareness both on and off the mat. With a pay-what-you-can-afford sliding scale of $8-$20 for her classes, Jayme is committed to making yoga accessible to everyone in the community.
