Janet Grey Bump and Baby is a renowned Yoga instructor, Doula, Massage school, and Sleep Clinic located in Alresford, a picturesque town in Hampshire, England. Owned and operated by Janet Grey, a highly skilled and experienced professional, the centre offers a wide range of services to support families as they navigate the exciting and sometimes challenging journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood.
Janet's journey in supporting families began in 1991 when she graduated from Norland College and worked as a nanny in London for eight years. After getting married and starting a family of her own, she became a full-time mum, nurturing her two children and managing a smallholding with various animals. When her daughter started school, Janet decided to return to work and became a postnatal doula, allowing her to balance her professional life with her family responsibilities.
Driven by her passion for helping families, Janet pursued further education and training, and in 2015, she was accepted at the University of Worcester. There, she studied with the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) to earn a degree in Birth & Beyond, specialising in Antenatal teaching, Yoga instruction, and Baby Massage. With her comprehensive knowledge and years of experience, Janet now offers in-person and online Yoga in Pregnancy classes, Baby Massage courses, and NCT Antenatal classes.

Her Yoga for Pregnancy classes blend yoga and relaxation techniques with valuable advice on pregnancy and birth from her extensive experience. As a certified Baby Massage instructor, Janet teaches parents massage strokes that not only help calm and soothe their babies but also strengthen the bond between parent and child. Baby Massage is also known to promote better sleep and relieve common discomforts such as trapped wind.
Janet also offers comprehensive postnatal support as a Doula. Her dedication and compassion towards new parents are evident in the testimonials she receives.
