Located in the heart of Hamilton, James North Yoga offers a welcoming and inclusive space for all levels of yoga practitioners. Founded by Emma Cardinell, a passionate yoga teacher with a 200 Hour YTT certification, the studio is nestled in the vibrant Beasley neighbourhood, close to art crawls, shops, galleries, and the beautiful Bayfront Park.
Specializing in vinyasa-based styles, Emma aims to create a supportive environment where students can explore the connection between breath and movement. With a focus on alignment and mindfulness, classes at James North Yoga cater to both beginners and experienced yogis looking to deepen their practice.
The studio offers a variety of classes throughout the week, including Fun Flow, Slow Flow, Fast Flow, and more. Students can choose from regular class passes or class packages to suit their schedule and budget. Drop-ins are also welcome, with the option to pay on-site or save a spot by emailing in advance.
In addition to group classes, James North Yoga provides private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups, as well as corporate/workplace yoga classes.
