Parking is strictly on-site only, and visitors are requested not to park on Cherry Lane as it is a single track road. Large vans or drop-sided vehicles are also not allowed on the property.
Guests are responsible for their own safety while swimming, as the owners and management are not liable for any accidents or injuries. It is mandatory to have a minimum of 2 competent swimmers in the pool at all times. It is recommended to have at least 1 competent swimmer for every non-swimmer, and lone swimmers with babies in arms or toddlers are not permitted. Children must be supervised at all times.
Diving, dive-bombing, or pushing others into the pool is not allowed, as neither end of the pool is at the recommended diving depth. Guests are requested to leave the changing rooms in a clean and tidy state and to take all rubbish, including nappies, with them.
Children who are not fully toilet trained must wear a well-fitting disposable swim nappy, ideally with a reusable outer swim nappy. Any used nappies should also be taken away by guests.
It is important for guests to be physically well and to consult a doctor if they have any concerns before swimming. No food or drink, except for a plastic bottle of water, is allowed within the premises, and glass items are strictly prohibited.
Before entering the pool, guests are required to shower, removing any moisturisers, perfumes, oils, talcum powder, body, and tanning lotions. All plasters should also be removed. Only a plain gold wedding ring is allowed to be worn while swimming, and external doors are to be shut immediately after entering. Windows should not be opened unless instructed by the management, as this helps to maintain the air and pool temperature.
The doors to the changing rooms should be kept open when not in use.
Any damage caused to the facilities must be reported to the owner and may incur additional charges. Additionally, no one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the pool without a responsible adult accompanying them.
