To 15 years, our Junior Amateur Boxing sessions at Jack Bishop Pro Am Boxing Club are perfect for you. These sessions offer a range of opportunities for young boxers, including the chance to compete in various Championships such as Development & National Championships and BoxCups. At Jack Bishop, we prioritise individual attention and ensure that each member receives personalised coaching to help them progress. Our dedicated team of coaches are experienced and passionate about helping young boxers reach their full potential.

For our senior boxers aged 14 and above, we offer Senior Amateur Boxing sessions that provide a similar level of opportunities for competition and growth. Whether you have prior experience or are new to boxing, our sessions are designed to cater to all skill levels. We believe that boxing is not only a sport but also a highly effective form of fitness training. Our mission is to educate and motivate more and more people about the incredible benefits of Boxing Training.

Aside from our amateur boxing programmes, we also offer a Boxing Fitness Class for individuals aged 14 and above. Our Boxing Fitness Class is open to all skill levels and focuses on helping you get in shape and improve your fitness through boxing techniques. We believe that a Boxing Fitness Class should resemble what our competing boxers do to get in shape, minus the contact part. Our classes are led by experienced instructors who will guide you through various boxing workouts, ensuring a challenging and enjoyable experience.

In addition to our boxing programmes, we also cater to those interested in white-collar boxing. White-collar boxing is a form of boxing in which people train to fight at special events, even if they have no prior boxing experience. It's a great opportunity for individuals with little or no boxing background to experience boxing in a safe and enjoyable environment. Most white-collar boxing events are organised in support of charitable causes, making it a unique way to get fit while also giving back to the community.
