The studio is run by Sheila Haswell, who has been practising and teaching Iyengar Yoga since 1974 and has been a prominent figure in the High Wycombe area since 1980.

The Yoga Shala boasts a light and spacious interior with two dedicated rooms. One of the rooms serves as a teaching studio, while the other functions as a practise room complete with equipment storage and a changing area.
