Located under the serene rainforest canopy, participants will have the opportunity to pause from their routine and unwind. This retreat is suitable for yogis of all levels, but moderate fitness is required. Throughout the stay, guests will enjoy delicious vegetarian meals and have free time to explore the rainforest, take a refreshing dip at Brooks beach, or relax by the pool.
At night, witness the breathtaking sight of the moon rising over the ocean and gaze at the twinkling stars above. Enhance the retreat experience with a sunset sail on a 19-meter catamaran, where attendees can indulge in a shared gourmet meal against the backdrop of Dunk Island and the setting sun. Please note that there is an extra charge for the sunset sail.
The retreat package includes 4 nights of accommodation, delightful vegetarian brunch and evening meals, morning and afternoon yoga classes, as well as yoga mats and props. Flights and airport transfers are not included, so participants should ensure their scheduled flight arrives in Cairns before 1:30 PM and departs after midday. Book airport transfers separately.
Accommodation options include the Rainforest Hut (alfresco ensuite) for twin sharing or single occupancy, or the Deluxe Cabin for twin sharing or single occupancy. Early bird rates are available if full payment is made by 20th August. Indulgent massages by appointment are also available.

The schedule for the retreat includes a restorative class upon arrival, followed by a weekend full of invigorating asana classes, brunch, and exploration of various yoga practices. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet Jan Watson, the expert yoga teacher leading the retreat.
Jan is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher known for her clear instructions and emphasis on correct alignment and joint mobility. She will guide participants on their personal journey of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual development.
