This training will teach you how to safely and confidently lead SUP yoga classes in various settings, such as lakes, rivers, and the ocean.
Led by experienced instructors, this training will cover the fundamentals of paddleboarding, including balance, paddling techniques, and safety protocols. You will also learn how to adapt traditional yoga poses to the SUP board, ensuring stability and alignment while floating on the water.
Our SUP Yoga Teacher Training is suitable for yoga teachers who want to expand their teaching repertoire, as well as experienced paddleboarders who want to share their passion for both yoga and the outdoors.
As women go through menopause, they often face physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. Our Menopause Support – Radiance Programme is designed to help women navigate this transitional phase with grace and empowerment.
Led by experienced instructors, this programme combines yoga, meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement to support women through the physical and emotional changes of menopause. You will learn tools and techniques to manage symptoms such as hot flashes, insomnia, anxiety, and mood swings.
