

Iris Chang Yoga is a well-respected and highly experienced Yoga instructor, Life coach, and Meditation instructor based in Woking, New Zealand. With a passion for holistic wellbeing, Iris is dedicated to helping individuals connect with themselves more deeply and find inner freedom through the practise of Yoga.
With a grounding in the style of Ashtanga Yoga and inspiration from movement meditation, Iris combines various elements from her mindfulness and authentic movement training to create a unique and transformative experience for her students. Having spent the last 10 years working in the corporate world, Iris understands the daily pressures and stresses that can come with such a lifestyle. It was through her own personal journey that she discovered the power of Yoga and meditation in finding balance and wellbeing. This led her to pursue her passion in sharing the benefits and philosophy of Yoga with others.
Iris offers a variety of group classes and private sessions, catering to students of all levels. Her vinyasa-style Yoga classes are dynamic and flow-based, allowing students to synchronise their breath with their movements. This practise not only builds strength and flexibility but also enhances concentration and promotes a sense of inner peace. In addition to Yoga, Iris also provides meditation sessions, which aim to bring stillness and clarity to the mind.
