The Women's 1st team, coached by Emma Rix, participates in the National League East Conference and has consistently played at this level for 24 of the past 26 seasons. The team also has a successful history in indoor hockey within the National League 2 Division.

Led by Club Stalwart Nick Fry, the Men's 1st team competes in the East leading A League and has enjoyed several seasons in the English National Conference East. They have also achieved great success in indoor hockey, earning a double promotion to the National League Division 1.

A family-run business with over 25 years of experience in Suffolk, Seven Group has been instrumental in building the strong junior section of the club and keeping Ipswich Hockey Club at the top of Suffolk Hockey. The club's history of success is exemplified by its 16 national titles, two England Hockey cups, two European Silver medals, and a Bronze. Ipswich Hockey Club has served as the starting point for many England, GB, and International players.
