Ipswich Community Swim Club is a vibrant and inclusive swim club located in East Ipswich, Australia. Our main goal is to support individuals in creating a positive mindset to train, develop, and perform at their best, while fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
Our club president, Caroline Somers, brings over thirty years of experience in teaching children how to swim. With her expertise and passion for swimming, she has created a club that provides children with the opportunity to enhance their swimming skills in a fun and welcoming environment.
Located at a 25m outdoor heated swimming pool, our club offers the perfect setting for swimmers of all ages and abilities to excel. Whether you are a beginner or a competitive swimmer, Ipswich Community Swim Club is dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.
To join our club, simply head to Swim Central and sign up as a parent. From there, you can easily link Ipswich Community Swim Club to your account and register your child. Our fees for the whole season are $80 for 8 & Under swimmers and $90 for recreational 9 & Over swimmers. Competitive 9 & Over swimmers have a fee of $125.
Club nights take place on Monday evenings, with gates opening at 5:30pm for a 6pm start. We only ask for a gold coin donation for participation on club nights. Our club nights provide an opportunity for swimmers to showcase their skills in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Ipswich Community Swim Club is located at East Ipswich State School on Jacaranda Street in East Ipswich. This convenient location allows easy access for all members of our community.
