At In-Tuition Yoga, Lynsey believes in creating welcoming spaces where students feel comfortable to relax and switch off from their busy lives. Her passion lies in helping students learn to trust their intuition through the teachings of yoga. Lynsey understands the challenges of finding time for self-care in a busy schedule and aims to make yoga accessible to everyone, with practises that can be integrated into daily life both on and off the yoga mat.
Lynsey's own journey with yoga has transformed her life, teaching her the importance of balance and deepening her connexion with her physical body, thoughts, and emotions. She believes that every individual is already enough and seeks to empower others to recognise their worth and live the life they desire. In her classes, Lynsey incorporates not only yoga asana and breathwork but also Reiki healing and the transformative wisdom of yoga philosophy.
With her extensive training and qualifications, including a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, a 30-hour Certified Yin Yoga Teacher, a 10-hour Prenatal Yoga Certification, and Reiki level 1 and 2 certifications, Lynsey offers a well-rounded and knowledgeable approach to her teachings. She is dedicated to continuing her education and staying up-to-date with the latest practises and techniques.
In her in-person classes, Lynsey focuses on Yin and Hatha/Vinyasa styles of yoga, with the main aim of helping students slow down, relax, and deepen their connexion to their intuition. The Yin Yoga classes are held at 5 Houston Square, Johnstone PA5 8DT, and are suitable for all experience levels. These classes target the connective tissues and improve joint health, flexibility, and overall well-being. The classes also incorporate guided meditation and breathwork to promote relaxation and intention setting.
