For those interested in equipment classes, In Touch Pilates works with Balanced Body equipment, ensuring a high-quality and effective workout. Equipment classes are available in a semi-private setting (3:1) or private (1:1) sessions. Clients new to Pilates are required to complete at least one hour of private tuition to ensure a tailored programme that meets their specific needs. Moving from private classes to a semi-private setting is at the instructor's discretion.
In addition to equipment classes, In Touch Pilates also offers matwork classes with a maximum capacity of 5 students. This small group environment guarantees individual attention and is suitable for all fitness levels. However, Pilates beginners are encouraged to engage in at least one hour of private tuition before joining a matwork class.
