Jamie has trained with top coaches and therapists in the industry and holds certifications in Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology, Neuromuscular Therapy, and more. He believes in treating the root cause of issues to maximize results.
Joining Jamie is Catherine Farquhar, a certified Poliquin Personal Trainer Level 1. Catherine's teaching experience and ability to help clients set specific goals make her a valuable part of the team.
