SPARRING Sparring is an essential component of our curriculum and is introduced early on in a student's training. We believe that by practising sparring, our students develop not only physical skills such as speed, agility, and accuracy, but also mental skills such as decision-making, strategy, and adaptability. Our sparring sessions are conducted in a semi/non-contact manner to ensure the safety of our students.
