The Institute of Classical Yoga & Therapy (ICYT) in Brampton, Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is a traditional school of yoga that has been dedicated to helping individuals build healthier lifestyles for the past 30 years. Located in Brampton, Ontario, ICYT focuses on integrating physical, mental, emotional, moral, and spiritual aspects to increase concentration, self-awareness, and realization of one's full potential and success in life.

The mission of ICYT is to provide a comprehensive education in Classical Yoga, based on the ancient text Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. This systematized approach to yoga promotes total health and well-being, catering to each individual's unique development process and pace. ICYT's educational program includes Hatha yoga, the four Classical yoga paths (Raja yoga, Jnana yoga, Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga), and practical sessions for all individuals, regardless of their current physical, mental, emotional, moral, and spiritual state.

The studio offers a Satsang FREE! YOGA SESSION once a month, featuring postures and yoga philosophy discussions on selected topics. This monthly event, held on the second Sunday of every month, provides an opportunity for individuals to learn and deepen their understanding of Classical Yoga principles.
