Amy's journey began over 20 years ago when she first discovered yoga through a Jane Fonda VHS. Despite facing initial scepticism, Amy's dedication to yoga grew, and she eventually became a certified yoga instructor. Her journey has been shaped by further professional training in Dru Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Amy's optimistic, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching is infectious, creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere in every class.
