However, the clinic does accept referrals from a variety of sources, including Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Team Care Arrangement (TCA) referrals, Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Motor Vehicle Accident and third-party claims, WorkCover (RTWSA) referrals, and private doctor referrals.
It's worth noting that for Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Team Care Arrangement (TCA) referrals, bulk billing is available between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm. Appointments outside these hours may incur a gap payment fee. Patients are advised to have up-to-date referral paperwork and ensure it is received by the clinic prior to their appointment.
