One of the key advantages of seeking treatment at Inertia Health Group is that a referral is not necessary to make an appointment. Patients can simply reach out to the clinic and schedule an appointment with one of their expert practitioners. However, the clinic does accept referrals from a variety of sources, including Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Team Care Arrangement (TCA) referrals, Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Motor Vehicle Accident and third-party claims, WorkCover (RTWSA) referrals, and private doctor referrals.
It's worth noting that for Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Team Care Arrangement (TCA) referrals, bulk billing is available between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm. Appointments outside these hours may incur a gap payment fee. Patients are advised to have up-to-date referral paperwork and ensure it is received by the clinic prior to their appointment.
