Impact Gymnastics

Impact Gymnastics is a gymnastics club located in Caloundra, within the Sunshine Coast Region of Australia. Established in 2020, our club was founded with the vision of providing inclusive fitness and gymnastic programmes to individuals of all ages and abilities. We aim to create an environment where every participant can strive to be their best self in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

When you choose Impact Gymnastics, you can trust that our dedicated staff members are fully qualified with accreditations through Gymnastics Australia, Gymnastics Queensland, RGA, and Fitness Australia. Our team consists of caring coaches and staff who are passionate about helping individuals progress and achieve their goals. We are committed to delivering progressive, fun, and educational programmes that cater to every individual's journey, whether they are pursuing recreational or performance gymnastics.

Although we may be a small club, we are mighty in our accomplishments. Our facility may be cosy, but that doesn't hold us back from producing amazing results and fostering a brilliant club culture that everyone – from our staff to our gymnasts – loves.
