For junior athletes aged 8-18, No Limits Endurance offers a comprehensive Junior Development Programme. Run by qualified teacher and Triathlon Australia Coach, Ailie Coulter, this programme provides a safe and nurturing environment for young athletes to explore and develop their skills in swimming, cycling, and running. The programme caters to athletes of all levels, from beginners who want to have fun and stay fit, to those who are interested in competing in triathlon events and want to further develop their skills and knowledge.
The Junior Development Programme is divided into three levels: Development Beginner, Development Intermediate, and Development Performance. Each level is designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the young athletes. Development Beginner focuses on introducing triathlon and promoting fun, fitness, and health. Development Intermediate aims to prepare athletes for participation in events, while Development Performance is for those who are serious about competing in triathlons and want to further develop their fitness, knowledge, and skills.
No Limits Endurance also offers personal training and coaching programmes for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
