Irni Stamou is also a certified yoga instructor with extensive training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Thai Yoga Bodywork. She has studied with renowned teachers in Canada, Europe, and Asia, bringing a holistic and integrative approach to her teaching.
