Each session includes a provided meditation audio for participants to enhance their practise.
The studio also offers a daily Free Meditation session, which includes a guided short meditation on loving kindness, forgiveness, and simple stretches. These sessions are open to individuals above the age of 14 and are conducted online via Zoom. The daily free meditation sessions last for 30 minutes and are held from Monday to Friday at 6:00 to 6:30 PM.
In addition to yoga and meditation classes, IKYAM Wellness Circle provides Therapeutic Energy Healing, a complementary therapy that can be practised by anyone for health and happiness. This therapy is based on the laws of nature and is easy to learn. Participants will learn how to heal themselves and others by understanding energy and its impact on the body. The course covers topics such as energy anatomy, healing techniques for common ailments, advanced healing concepts, divine and remote healing techniques, self-healing, and preventive healing.
