Jess Horn Yoga is excited to announce their upcoming 250-hour non-dogmatic Yoga Teacher Training starting in March 2024. Led by experienced teachers Jess Horn and Emma Arscott, along with guest experts, this training program is designed to take students on a deep dive into the world of yoga. From exploring different styles of yoga to learning about applied anatomy, philosophy, and practice teaching, participants will gain the skills and knowledge needed to become confident yoga teachers.
Spanning from March 23rd to December 15th, the training will consist of various modules held on different dates throughout the year at Studio 33 in Ellenbrook, AL10 9RZ, nestled between Hatfield and St Albans. Interested individuals can take advantage of an early bird discount of £2800 if paid in full by October 31st, 2023. Alternatively, a payment plan option with a deposit of £500 and nine monthly payments of £295.00 is available.
Applicants must have at least one year of yoga practice under their belt and fill out an application form to be considered for the program. Successful applicants will undergo a phone/zoom call interview to ensure they are the right fit for the training.
Jess Horn, with over 14 years of teaching experience, combines ancient Yogic techniques with modern neuroscience and anatomy to enhance the mind-body-spirit connection. Emma Arscott, who has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2018, takes a non-dogmatic approach by blending modern anatomy teachings with traditional yogic philosophy.
