Our studio, which opened on October 31, 2022, offers a spacious two-story environment, a zen corner for enjoying a soothing cup of tea, and large changing rooms for your convenience. With ample parking directly in front of the building, your visit to our studio is made easy and stress-free.
Owned by Isabelle and Daniel, our studio is the result of their shared passion for sports and wellness. Isabelle, a co-founder of a climbing centre in the South Shore, discovered the benefits of hot yoga in 2014 and was drawn to its effects on flexibility, well-being, and mental clarity. Despite a shoulder injury that forced her to rethink her physical activities, Isabelle turned to yoga to maintain her strength and flexibility. In 2016, she completed her teacher training and began sharing her love for yoga with others.
Alongside her partner, Daniel, Isabelle invites you to experience the warm, family-friendly atmosphere of Idolem Roussillon and to bask in the colourful energy they have infused into the studio.
At Idolem Hot Yoga Chaud (Roussillon), we offer a variety of packages to suit your needs, including a 40-class package, monthly yoga memberships, and combination memberships with access to our refreshing cold baths. For new students, we provide introductory offers such as a free hot yoga trial or an initiation class for our cold baths.
