ITC offers a range of programmes and services designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels and goals. Our training programmes are built on a foundation of tailored nutritional and fitness sciences, ensuring that each individual's needs are met.
For youth, we offer strength and conditioning sessions from Monday to Thursday at 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Our Open Men's Strength and Conditioning sessions are held on Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, while our Open Women's Strength and Conditioning sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 am to 6:00 am and 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
In addition to our regular training programmes, we also offer exclusive elite coaching for those individuals looking to take their performance to the next level. Our coaches have extensive experience in training professional athletes and are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.
